Chapter 13: The Second Attempt

Chapter 13: The Second Attempt

I know it’s been a few weeks since our last upload, but the world took over my emotions far more tightly than usual. I needed to step away from our story and take a moment to recollect so that I could produce and record something worthy of your attention. As the story gets darker, it can be tricky putting myself into the mindset of the characters and be capable of pulling myself out again. This is especially true as the world finds itself in some pretty dark places.

The podcast goes live at 6pm EST and you can listen to it in the usual places along with the “Listen” tab above. There you’ll find a player that will allow you to revisit all of our past episodes and automatically pins the latest at the top.

While normally I wouldn’t suggest how you listen to episodes, I highly encourage you to listen to this one over earphones for the full effect. It’s a bit more immersive than the usual episode, but trust me on this one!

If you have a moment to leave a review of the latest episode (or the project as a whole) that helps to encourage more ears listening, especially when do so on your own social media pages. If you do drop a comment on social media, please be sure to tag me or forward the message along!

How to Kill a Piano will return again next Monday. Here on the blog I’ll write about how this part of the story was staged in the original one-man-show and the different ways I had hoped to stage it that didn’t come to be do to technical limitations of the time.

As always, thanks for listening and taking the journey with me.
